It is about 4 minutes to 395 and 6 minutes to 495 which is extremely convenient to get to anywhere like Annandale, Pentagon City, Old Town, Mosaic District, and Tyson's Corner. The Condo itself is deep cleaned, freshly painted throughout with new countertop, new kitchen sink, and new toilet. The in-unit washer and dryer are only 1 year old. There is a spacious balcony with stunning views overlooking trees and sky. We especially enjoy having our morning coffee out there on a nice spring day. Starry internet is available for the building and has very decent speed with good price.
