Also, I am currently moving out, so tenants could move in June or July for the rent of $600/month (for those 2 months only) with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. -3 blocks from Downtown Iowa City - 2 Blocks to Ped Mall - Close to Univ. of Iowa Campus - Close to Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Gas Stations, Bank, and Mall - Nice Quiet Neighborhood - Charming historic building -Building is brick so it is insulated very well, I seen tenants get their apartment's to easily 80 degrees in the middle of Winter, if they so choose - Free off-street parking - All Utilities Paid expect Cable/Internet - Friendly/Helpful Neighbors -Updated High Efficiency and Performance Light Bulbs -Large Windows for lots of Natural Light -Washer/Dryer in Basement for use anytime -Off-Street Parking, but I never had to use it because it is so close to everything that I just walked everywhere -Unfurnished -Active Bus Stop across the street -Monthly Bug Spraying so the building is completely free of bugs -Unit is in very good condition -No Pets -No Smoking in the Building -Range/Oven -Large Refrigerator and Freezer -Double Sink -Lots of Cabinet Space -Large closet -Window A/C unit -Chain Lock -Building and Unit has lots of character I have lived in Penny Arms Apartment for 3 years and I have genuinely loved living there and would have continued living there for several more years if I could. Unfortunately, I have some family issues to work out so I have to love closer to home to there for them. The management was great to me and always answered me back in a timely manner and fixed any maintenance issues that arose, which was very few issues because they take very good care of their building to avoid such issues in the first place. I choose to live there in the first place because the apartment was in a better condition than any of the other apartments I looked at in Iowa City, and it has an affordable price. Also, all utilities are included in the rent so it was used one bill to pay a month instead of several. To go along with that, the building is beautiful and QUIET. I never had any problem with the other tenants making too much noise for the 3 years I lived there, and it was always very easy to study in the apartment. This unit also shared no walls, so that also contributes to the quietness.
