I'm selling the whole 12 unit complex (not just #3) This is an apartment complex with Twelve (12) 1 bedroom - 1 bath units with 6 of them upstairs and six down. All units are 620 square feet and they sit upon approximately on 1 1/4 acres near downtown Smithville, TN. I purchased the units as an investments but my opportunity to retire and come to the Midwest has gone astray so I want to sell this to someone who will complete the repairs, kick out a couple of non-paying tenants and make a wonderful sum of money with this brick Apartment.
