We are renting most of an amazing, large house. There are new wood floors in the downstairs and new carpets on the stairs, TV room, and in the bedrooms. The kitchen was recently updated. The house is spacious and well-maintained and, owned only by one family and never rented before. There are three bedrooms as part of the rental. We are willing to have up to 4 total people (maybe more if there are kids). Having a pet is a possibility. The owner does not live here full-time (less than 6 months of the year) but, when he is here, he lives quietly in the 4th bedroom (and has a separate bathroom). The property is on a few acres, and the renters have full use of the whole house: laundry, TV room, den/office, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, mudroom, and three three-season room. The house is furnished, but we are willing to store furniture if long-term tenants want to bring their own. Families are welcome. The renters are responsible for 3/4s of the utilities. We need the first and last months' rent up front and a deposit for pets (if you have them and we approve them). The owner pays for yard maintenance and will pay 1/4 of the actual utility costs for Electricity and Gas. The owner currently brings the garbage to the dump himself and that is included, if you want trash pick up it will cost extra. There are no water or sewer fees. The internet and TV options are negotiable and can be shared. The owner will be 1/4 of the cost.
