There is NO fireplace and NO garage and I do not know why zillow keeps reporting these untrue facts. I have corrected this several times. We have a large rotten shed that might look like a garage when zillow is taking intrusive pictures of the house but it is NOT a garage. There is also a mice problem due to the nearby fields and the roof leaks into the attic in several places.
