The house is set up with two joining apartments, each having a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with joint access to the basement, outdoor shower and backyard. This is the perfect place for multiple families to travel together but still have their own individual space. Enjoy the beauty of Falmouth while enjoying a relaxing beach vacation! The unique aspect of this property is that it was originally set up as a duplex. This allows for vacationers to spend quality time together, while also enjoying their individual space. As you walk in the front door, you can either turn left to our "Land" side, or right to our "Sea" side apartment. Each layout is exactly the same, with a living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. There is joint access to the basement and backyard through a kitchen door, but each side can be entirely closed off from the other. The basement is a great space for kids to have some fun, and the backyard is perfect for a barbecue! Once you visit us, you will want to come back year after year!
