This room is typically just another room in the home, but we have blocked it off with boards and such. It is not accessible from the inside of the home because of the boards, and the inside of the home is blocked off from being accessed through it as well. The main part of this home (everything except the front room, bathroom, and parking spot) are three bedrooms (one with a king, the others can be furnished or not, we have the option of a full bunk bed, a queen, or full in each room), one renovated bathroom, laundry room with new washer and dryer, renovated fully-stocked kitchen overlooking the back deck, huge back deck overlooking the creek, front porch looking out toward the mountains, large living room with electric fire place with a huge south facing window and an over-sized TV, mud room, and some storage space. There are currently 2 parking spaces, we are aiming to have a 3rd, but currently only have the 2. $3300 plus electric/gas (heat). Owners will pay HOA ($250 for plowing, use of trash dumps, pool and hot tubs, and club house), water, sewer, and internet. $3300 plus gas/electric (heat, ranges around $50 for summer- $500 for winter, depending on the tenants temperature preferences, the STR is not heated from the main heat source in the home). Maximum of 6 occupants for long term rental. There are 3 parking spaces next to the home. No more than 3 cars, parked in designated locations, at any time. No pets. No smoking. Walkways must be cleared of snow and ice regularly.
