Easily walk to Smith College and Northampton center from this cute and cozy one bedroom/one bath apartment with new bathtub/shower, in-unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Quiet, primarily owner-occupied apartment building is tucked away at the end of Clark Ave, with immediate walking path access to Veterans Field Park and the Manhan Rail Trail (which can also be seen from the private back porch). The apartment is currently occupied, so I'll schedule in-person showings between June 18-27 for an August 1 move-in. I've tried to provide an accurate description and photos, so I'll accept and screen select applications before showings, but I prefer to meet in person prior to offering the apartment to a specific tenant. Please note: The displayed bathroom photos contain the current tenant's possessions. I installed a new bathtub immediately before they moved in, so I don't have any "unfurnished" photos of the bathroom. Water, washer/dryer, trash/recycling, snow removal and mowing/landscaping all included. I prefer no pets, but a cat is possible for the right tenant. Two off-street parking spots are included in a large, uncrowded lot. Tenant pays for electric (including heat, which admittedly isn't cheap in the middle of winter) and cable (if desired). I'm an individual landlord, so I do not charge an application fee beyond Zillow's (which I believe is $35 and valid for a month for additional applications). Three references will be requested of final applicants.
