We would like to offer our furnished 3-room guest suite for accommodation to a single person. The suite is independent and private with a lockable front door within the main house. The entryway, laundry, and main staircase are shared with owners. Rent of $1300 is paid monthly and includes utilities of $200pm. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. Available from May 1st. Interested people should message us with any information about themselves relevant to a rental application. We will invite qualifying applicants to visit and meet. We are looking for a single, professional housemate with no pets (non-smoker). You would be quiet, responsible, considerate, and able to maintain a tidy and clean environment. The rooms include a living room with kitchen facilities, one bedroom, large bathroom, hallway with 4 large closets. The rooms have large windows with views of our small lake and adjacent conservation area. The suite is fully furnished, so ideal for a person without furniture. The suite has a very basic kitchenette, so would suit a person that cooked minimally. We are an older professional couple. Our house is an historic home on Bolton Road in picturesque Harvard, a half mile from the center of town. The property is 3 acres in a parklike setting with lake and cabin. Location: Close to Rt. 111 and 495. Commuter train into Boston at Littleton/495 or South Acton Train Station. Close to Highland Commons shopping mall. Harvard has a library, cultural center, Bare Hill Pond for swimming and water sports. Close to: Acton, Bolton, Boxborough, Concord, Sudbury, Hudson, Stow, Carlisle, Lincoln, Westford. Month to month. First and last month paid in advance + $500 damage deposit. This is a private suite within our house. Available April 1st. Utilities included in rent of 1300.
