Noise levels from televisions, stereos, radios or musical instruments must not be played at volume levels that will interfere with your neighbor's quiet enjoyment of their property. All parties and/or gatherings must be contained within the host's apartment. Only private passenger type vehicles and motorcycles may be parked on the premises. Commercial trucks, boats, boat trailers, campers, travel trailers and motor homes are prohibited on the premises without our prior written approval. Parking areas are not to be used for abandoned or inoperable vehicles. A vehicle will be deemed to be inoperable or abandoned if not currently tagged or "street legal". A vehicle shall be deemed inoperable or abandoned at our sole discretion. All vehicles must be periodically moved to prevent build-up of dirt and debris.
