No vaping, smoking, intoxication, or pets. Preferably students in school or currently working. Must clean after self and have respect amongst others. EXTREMELY safe area. I do not allow smoking, vaping, drugs , or heavy intoxication. This is a safe space for all tenants, preferably students or people having difficulty finding affordable housing who are honest and respectful. Parties are not allowed, only respectful guests.
