looking for 1 or 2 female roommates for a large master bedroom at Villas of Renaissance.Rent would be about 1200ish for one person, or half of that for 2 (probably a little over 600, 650 tops). I found one girl from UCSD who's willing to take the den as a room, so everyone's rent is slightly cheaper for a nicer place, and we're both just looking for a roommates that are clean (or can agree to keep common areas clean and not a biohazard for everyone else in the flat), can pay rent, and are respectful of everyone living in the space (ie: parties and get togethers are great, but don't be -that person- who brings home a rave on a weeknight when you know your roommates have class or work at 8 the next morning).
