This room is farthest away from the all the other bedrooms and you'll have your own little corner of the house all to yourself. In addition, along with all of that you can expect: central heating/cooling, natural light, beautiful golden-oak stained flooring, and a freshly modernized paint job. Rent is $550 /month with no utilities for a 3 month lease (month-month thereafter). $550 upfront security deposit required. I also require at least 3 months proof of work. Payment is the first of every month. Currently a dog and a cat on the property however; no further animals/pets are accepted at this time. Smoking is only allowed outside(no cigarettes). As for parking, I have a two way driveway and am pretty lenient so it's first come first serve. All I ask is that you pick up after yourself, split responsibility on chores, and respect the property as you would your own. If you plan to have people over, I just ask that you let me know a little ahead of time so we can work out parking/logistics. Only accepting one roommate/person as of right now.
