it is a perfect place for a single person or a couple it has a large backyard. It is walking distance from Dollar General and not far from town. It's the perfect little cottage also the backyard has a fire pit, which is nice to sit around in the cool nights maybe listen to some music with some friends. it has central heat and air that comes with refrigerator stove. It does have a couch and a washer and dryer so it will need some furniture. It's a nice little spot if you don't apply you're missing out. Thanks for taking the time to look and read our post. Property has a huge backyard big enough for a fire pit and friends, big enough for your pets to run around in the yard. Also, owner pays for water and trash. Electricity will have to be put in your name. You can do prepaid or by the month through chelco power. You do have to sign a 12 month lease and then after 12 months you will be on a month-to-month lease term. Also pet deposit is nonrefundable. Also please be sure to fill out an application before applying for tour because if everything doesn't check out, it will be wasting your time and mine and I'm not trying to penalize anybody about their history. I'm just trying to make sure you're not a serial killer lol.
