This is one of the oldest houses in Woodbridge, a historic 19th Century American Foursquare. We own this one and its twin next door. These two houses are mirror images of each other built at the same time. Both of them turn 124 years old this year. My wife and I recently renovated this 2,000-square-foot house, filling it with modern conveniences while preserving historic details. For instance, we refurbished the hardwood floors and doors. We preserved the fire place and original radiators, sand blasting and painting them to their original condition.
