The Bear Point Community features a private beach on the bay, a marina with activities such as jet ski rentals, boat and fishing tours. Our house is only 12 minutes from the public dock and 15 minutes to the beach. There is outdoor surveillance. All utilities (Power, water and internet) included. Fully furnished. Includes linens.
