We have a large 2 bedroom mobile home coming available at 527 webb rd lot #23. Rent will be 650 per month. Deposits are as follows 1st last and security deposit of the rent amount. rent includes mowing plowing trash water sewer. lot rent. we are pet friendly upon approval of the animal with vet papers. Dog fees are as follows 250 non refundable deposits with a 40.00 monthly fee Cat deposits are as follows 150.00 non refundable deposit with a 20.00 monthly fee. all fees for pets are due at time of move in. Unfortunately at this time we can not accept payment plans for move ins. sorry for any inconviences this may cause. We do background checks and will also do verification of employment and that will need to be provided prior to move in as well. I am asking that if your interested in these units you go to our office located at 886 b on kmd in Oakland to fill out an application and place it in the lock box and as soon as the units become available to show I will contact you to set a time to view the unit. thank you for your interest.
