Spacious 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom condo with a 1 car garage. We are currently buying a new house and will be renting our unit. Move in time is not set but expected to be in late April. The unit comes with a new fridge, new dishwasher, electric range, and washer and dryer. We allow cats and other animals but the condo has a rule that says renters can not have dogs, but if your dog has a ESA letter or is a service dog we welcome them. Some of the pictures I am including are a bit older from when we moved in. Our house is a bit of a mess right now with getting ready to move and making repairs and upgrades. Owner pays HOA, and trash. Tennant responsible for gas, electric, water, and sewer.
