The rent also includes shared use of the living room, dining room, hallways, kitchen, a half bathroom on the 1st floor, a full bathroom on the 2nd floor, and a huge backyard. Our property is one of the few in the neighborhood with an unusually large back yard. Many Petworth Properties don't have the really large back yards. Property Manager lives onsite. This property is not run by a large developer and is family owned and operated. We are 2.5 blocks away from the Georgia Ave - Petworth Metro Station. We are on a direct metro rail line to Washington National Airport (Regan National). The property has laundry equipment in the basement of the building and we extend privileges to our residents to use our washer and dryer. There is an INCOME REQUIREMENT OF THREE times the monthly rent and maximum property tax share estimate. We are unable to schedule a tour or provide an application to anyone who does not meet these requirements. Savings and Lines of Credit do NOT count as income. We have on street parking available. Utilities and DC Property Taxes are not included. Anyone living here may be sharing with other residents occupying the other two bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is being used as a private office for the property ownership. The utility bills and DC Property Taxes are divided up among the number of people living in the building.
