Dunkin Donuts is 50 ft from the front door, making it convenient to get a morning coffee. People who live here are often in there older ages so I have never had a noise complaint. Actually, I seldom ever see my neighbors, but they are always very kind when I do. Overall, this is a great place to live!! Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, parking. Renter responsible for heating, electricity, renter's insurance (usually around ~150/month for the entire unit).
