We are offering for rent a single-family house in Westport on Main Road just north of Central Village. It is available now and the rent is $1,450 per month. The house has two bedrooms and a full bath, plus a spacious dining/living room area. It is on a large 1.4-acre lot, which is shared with a small cottage. The house has been recently renovated up to Massachusetts code - literally gutted down to the studs and rebuilt - with new insulated walls, a new kitchen, a new bathroom, and a new gas-fired water/heating unit. Even the septic system was recently installed. A combined washer/dryer is in the kitchen. Tenant(s) also have the use of an unfinished basement, as well as one bay in a double garage.
