Utilities & Hot Tub Fee Depending on the length of the lease agreement, utilities will either be billed as a flat monthly fee or placed directly in the tenant's name. There is also a $150 monthly hot tub fee in addition to rent and utilities. Lease terms can be 6 months or month-to-month.
