Close covered reserved parking, community pool, covered deck, and thermal pane windows with screens. Tenant pays electric utilities. Landlord pays water, sewer, and trash utilities through homeowners association, property taxes, and community fees. The property is clean, in good repair, and ready for move-in. The carpets are cleaned with truck mounted steam extraction equipment. This is how you receive the property and how your return the property upon move-out. Strictly enforced NO PETS policy.
