Utility closet includes full-size stackable washer and dryer unit. Heat is central hot-water, and electric water-heater. Equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and dead bolt locks. Close covered reserved parking, community pool, covered deck, and thermal pane windows with screens. Tenant pays electric utilities. Landlord pays water, sewer, and trash utilities through homeowners association, property taxes, and community fees. The property is clean, in good repair, and ready for move-in. The carpets are cleaned with truck mounted steam extraction equipment. This is how you receive the property and how your return the property upon move-out. We have a strictly enforced absolutely NO PETS policy - NO PETS allowed inside or outside. We allow fish and small parakeet type birds. Service animals are not considered pets. Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside. The lease period is 12 months and the rent is prorated to the first day of the month. We do not allow short-term leases. Currently, early lease terminations are not being granted. We include a military clause for a confirmed military transfer. A security deposit and additional entry gate remote deposit is required.
