Our classic old Monterey cottage is in an ideal location for walking around the most picturesque part of Monterey and on a very quiet dead end street just above Colton Hall. Walk to Alvarado St and MIIS in minutes. 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to NPS. It was fully remodeled in 2014 including an upscale kitchen with island seating and new appliances. There is an attached large laundry room with washer / dryer hook ups and abundant storage. The garden is peaceful and beautiful with a sheltered patio and the yard is fully fenced. 1 small pet will be considered (negotiable). The house and yard are too small for large or active animals.
