A background check is included in this application, and there's a $30 application fee per adult applicant. If approved to become a new tenant here at Riverview Apartments, we ask that you pay the following costs, up-front, when signing your new lease: First month's rent of $620, a one-time security deposit of $450 (which, if you decide to move out after your lease expires, the deposit is fully refundable - ONLY IF your unit is as clean and undamaged - as the day you first moved in), and finally, a $400, one-time/non-refundable pet fee (the pet fee is only applicable if one of your roommate's happens to be a cute-critter)!
