The unit has a very nice washer and dryer and bright laundry room, lots of storage everywhere and a view from every window. This is a furnished unit only and there is no extra outside storage avail unless you bring one. It has its own entrance, parking and landscaped front yard maintained by home owner. The road access is flat. The property has a plow but the plowing will be discussed. The landlord / owner lives downstairs, has two cocker spaniels, but does live here full time and handles all the maintenance. The unit is accessed from an private exterior door/ interior staircase but will require tenant to shovel the entrance in winter. This is a safe property and is a non smoking unit only.
