**Land not included, this is for the trailer home only** This a 2021 model of the Clayton Homes Model Anniversary 16763I or the "Islander". We are the first owners of the home and have lived in it since August 2021. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this home, just looking for something different. The photos of the homes are stock photos from Clayton Homes as we chose the same style as the model home. More photos available on request. There is a great sliding-glass door and the exterior is a great neutral gray!
