Renter is responsible for all utilities to be paid directly to the utility companies. Proof that utilitiy payments are current to be provided by rentor at the same time the renter gives the required advance notice to end the ongoing month to month rental. Regular gardening and landscape maintenance are to be arranged and paid for directly by the renter. Rentor has the option to maintain the landscape themselves on a regular interval, in a timely manner, and at a professional level of care. Please, no smoking when inside the house. The number of pets is negotiable, but prefer no more than a total of 2 pets.
