I am looking for one or two renters to rent my upstairs bedrooms with private bath upstairs. I am looking for a 6 month lease but that can be negotiable. Price is $1,300/month with NO utilities. This house is backcountry access only until the snow melts in May-ish. Once the snow melts you can drive to the front door. This is a beautiful unique property located just outside Montezuma with 30 acres that is surrounded by National Forest with tons of hiking, skinning, and mountain biking trails.
