About the House: - Spacious house off south pearl and yale- 3 bedrooms + basement / 2 bathroom - Your room would be (15' x 12') on the main level- 2 living areas, hard wood floors, furnished basement, washer and dryer in house, back yard, plenty of parking, garden, and updated kitchen- Most the house is already furninshed except your room but I can put my stuff in storage if you have furniture to bring in- Walking distance to Harvard Gulch, 1mi to Pearl street stores and local restaurants- 1 mile to the Evans lightrail station- Great landlords- 50's couple who care about the house and the tenants moving inAbout you:- Male or Female- Preferably a grad student or young professional (23-30ish)- Clean and willing to help out around the house- Willing to go through a background and credit check- Can put down a deposit of monthly pro-rated depending on when you move in (the full month is $700), and deposit ($700)- not our choice but is required by landlords- No drugs About the roommates:- 2 26 year old young professionals- Active (Love to run, and ski/ hike/mtb on the weekends)- we are the definition of weekend warriors- We are pretty low key, although we do love hanging out with friends and getting a glass of wine- Clean and organized- Like to cook- Must love dogs- there is one dog in the house but unfortunately that is all the landlord will allowIf you would like more details message me and we can move from there.
