The furnished back deck on the property will allow for amazing sunrises and sunsets and just an amazing place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Leadville throughout the year. This house is ready to move in and is fully furnished. We will be leaving most of the furniture in the photos. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds. The third bedroom is an office with a Peloton bike. Washer and dryer in the master suite. Living room will have a couch and loveseat. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, the third is set up as an office. There is a primary bedroom with its own bathroom and doorway to a balcony patio. There is a one-car detached garage and off-street parking in the front of the house. Come see the place for yourself! Owners will cover water and sewer. Renter will be responsible for everything else, including but not limited to electric/gas, as well as internet/cable and trash service. Preference is for a minimum 12 month lease. Renter to pay all utilities, including water and sewer, gas/electric, internet/cable, and trash. Non-refundable $300 pet deposit due for any dogs. 12 month lease preferred. $2,600 per month due at the first of every month.
