Unit 401 occupies the northeast corner of the top floor with great natural light as well as sunrise and mountain views. Three closets, two that are walk in with lighting. Included in rent: secure parking spot #10 in gated carport, all utilities other than electricity, basement private storage unit, and basement bike parking room. Not included in rent: electricity. Please note that the unit is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator in the building. Lease start date of July 25th or August 1st.
