Unit has electric baseboard heat Unit does not have air conditioning Occupancy is month to month. There is no long- term commitment. 30- day written notice of termination by either party is required. There is no first month/last month retention of funds Upon occupancy, the first month rental fee must be paid in cash in addition to the required deposit at the time keys are conveyed to tenant. If occupancy occurs in the middle of the current month, the second month is pro-rated per the number of days in the month Rent payments are due the first of every month with a five-day grace period.
