My current roommate is moving out permanently, you would take his place on the lease until the terms expire around May 2016. 2bd/2bth apartment near PNC Arena/Cary. fairly nice apartment, good outdoor amenities, very quiet and safe. not a "college" atmosphere at all. rent comes out to about 550/month, plus about 100 of utilities. Pets require an additional up front fee (400), plus an additional monthly charge (15) that will not be split 50/50. no kids please. This is not a sublease.
