Large single carpeted bedroom W/ shared living quarters (kitchen, bathroom, living room, washer/dryer) Rent will be due on the 1st of every month, late fee of $50 will be assessed after 5 days and everyday after the 5th day if rent is not paid in full along with late fee you will be charged additional $10 daily. Security deposit of $700and first months rent is required before move in. security deposit is 100% refundable as long as there no damages and monthly rent is in good standings. Lease will be month to month. One dog is fine any size as long as house trained and dog/child friendly. no visitors past 11pm. absolutely no drama will be tolerated. you provide your own essentials such as laundry soaps, hygiene products you are welcome to share our pots/pans/dishes/silverware as long as you provide your own food. you will be given one house key and one bedroom key in case keys are lost you will be charged upfront $50 before getting new keys for new lock installation.
