Per Portland law, we do require folks to submit an application (accepted via Zillow) and sign a simple short-term lease agreement. Owner pays for water and trash; tenants pay for electricity, internet and gas as well as a standard cleaning fee upon move-out. Open to pets, but since this is a furnished rental, we will require a pet deposit, pet rent ($100/month), and do not allow pets to be left unattended in the yard. Cleaning is available for an extra charge on a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule. Deposit due upon lease signing and then the monthly rent is due upon the first day of the lease. No tours permitted at this time. Tenant responsibilities: * Commercial photography (photography to sell or promote a brand, product or service) is not permitted. * Smoking is not permitted. Vaping is only allowed outside. * Tenants must follow the basic house and furniture rules. * Tenants must take out the trash, recycling, and compost every week. * Tenants must acquire month-to-month renters insurance. * Tenants to water indoor plants * To respect the neighbors and the private character of the block, parties aren't permitted unless passed by landlord.
