We are an intergenerational intentional community of all ages and stages of life (21-60+ years old), genders, LGBTQ+ friendly, of 4 linked houses with a shared outdoor community and garden space. The Grove is located on a calm and peaceful street away from busy traffic and also within walking distance of cafes and New Seasons. It's a new build (2019) and has fantastic lighting with large windows. Room #2 is 200 sqft and is $825 plus $100 utilities. It is located in one of the spacious main houses which is shared between 7 other people. The room is located on the second floor and has ensuite private bathroom with shower. We are looking for folks who thrives in group settings, loves socializing, and who brings positive energy, good communication skills, enjoys hosting gatherings, and thrives in a lifestyle of shared living.
