All three bedrooms and one bathroom on the main floor and there is a full bathroom and living room on the bottom level. We have refinished hardwood floors, large eat-in kitchen, and level fenced back yard. We are asking for $2,250 per month in rent. We require a minimum of a one year lease. Security deposit of $2,000 is required at the time lease is signed. If you have any pets, we will ask for an additional $200 as a security deposit.
