There is a large linen closet in the hallway and there is a separate laundry room. This house has no basement. There is a garden bed in the front yard if you fancy growing your own food. Plants and flowers bloom throughout the year making this a garden oasis. This is a shared property. There is an ADU (The Ohana House) in the backyard that has 2 very quiet and respectful tenants. Landowner does not live on property. The backyard is for the ADU tenants and the front yard is for the Oasis (front house) tenants. 1 year lease move in date available January 20th and latest would like to lease by February 1st. 1st months rent $2250 and a $2250 deposit due at time of lease signing and deposit can be in split into payments.
