My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate to begin a new leasing term effective June 1st, 2023. We have the whole upstairs living area available for one (1) person, (no couples or families please). The upstairs space will consist of a Master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, walk in closet, 2 additional bedrooms that could be used as offices/flex spaces, standing shower, large tub, and a private landing/loft area. In total, the space is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath! The basement will be occupied by myself, my girlfriend, and our dog-a friendly Rhodesian Ridgeback mix named Django. You will also have access to the common areas, which are located on the main level, as well as the washer/dryer and kitchen. Rent is due on the 1st of every month or earlier and is ideally paid through Zelle or Venmo. Pets could be welcome if it's a small dog or a cat, they are spayed/neutered, get approval from the homeowner, and are subject to a $400 refundable deposit. As for my girlfriend and myself, we are both young professionals who keep to ourselves. We enjoy movies, gaming, and low-key activities outdoors. Our ideal candidate is a respectful, quiet, and responsible person who can maintain a tidy common area. Must be willing to divvy up housework and chores as we are responsible for the upkeep of the home. Must be 4/20 friendly. Candidate will be subject to a credit and background check through Zillow. Background check is $30 and covers credit, employment, and criminal history. Base rent will be $1300 a month not including utilities plus a refundable deposit of $1300
