The house is located .6 miles from the new ballston mall .9 miles from the Ballston metro and is 2 mins from route 50 and 3 mins from 66. The bus stop is right in front of the house as well. This is like a studio styled basement and includes an entire spacious finished basement with a private full bath and kitchenette with full fridge and sink and bran new laundry room as well . The basement has entry access from the back of the house. Its been just renovated couple of years back so floors, bathroom, paint everything is brand new. Abundant street parking for guests to go along with private driveway, sunroom, backyard and deck.
