Due to square footage, furnishings supplied and available parking, we limit this rental to only ONE person with ONE vehicle, seeking temporary / transitional lodging. We specialize at renting to people in transition and contract employees. Minimum 90 day lease will be required with a defined end-date. Please don't respond if you are looking for something different. This rental is located in a very quite / private area, on our farm. All you need is your clothes and toothbrush. We supply dishes, towels, linen, etc. Monthly rate is $1300.00. That includes all the utilities (power, water, internet & garbage), we even mow the yard and plow the snow for you.
