Please note that I have not moved into the apartment yet. I am unable to move into the apartment, because I got a job offer at another city, and unfortunately need to relocate. I'm helping landlord to find a replacement. I already paid the security deposit of $1,500. I would lose the deposit if no replacement found. If I can find a replacement by February 15, I can get my deposit back, which I will, in turn, give to whoever may take over the apartment when it becomes available on February 15th.
