Looking for a subleaser for our home starting in February to finish out our lease that ends July 31st. Subleaser will have option to sign a new lease starting at the end of the current term. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex with an additional room that can be used as an office. Rent is for two people, and is higher if more than two live in the house. There is off street parking for up to two cars, and it is close to Wegmans and convenient to get to the Commons and downtown bus routes. Pets are allowed with written approval. There is shared yard space and shared paid laundry in the basement. Tenants pay all utilities except water. We have lived here for 6 years and have been very happy with the place overall. Owner pays for water and yard maintenance. Trash is paid through end of current turn
