I'm looking for housemates to takeover the lease for two units (one furnished one unfurnished) rooms in a sunny 3B/1BA 1045 sq ft house in north Oakland at 52nd and Genoa starting September 15th, 1,228 USD/room/month + utilities 15 minutes walk from BART and five minutes walk from AC Transit which goes to UC Berkeley in 25 mins and downtown Oakland in 20 mins (including the walk) every 20 minutes on weekdays and weekends. Free starting June 1st 2025 The lease runs to May 31st 2026, with a discount for individuals/groups who can take over the entire lease for 2,500/month + utilities. Utilities are ~100 USD/person/month It comes with a free washer/dryer, a new stainless steel kitchen, double paned windows, ample backyard space, outdoor bike parking, and hardwood floors throughout. The furniture is staged and will not be included, though furnishing can be negotiated as desired. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
