    My home is a great home for a family. The house has a great location, it is located on the same street as a brand new park, very close to multiple schools, good size backyard with plenty of room. The house comes with almost new appliances, stove, refrigerator and microwave and dishwasher. The entire house has vinyl laminate flooring and fresh paint. The house also has a storage shed to store some of your larger items. Plenty of parking in the drive way and on the street. Owner pays all utilities such as water and electrical bill. If any utility bill is higher than normal there will be an extra charge of $100 based on the average current use. I will be ok allowing a small pet as long as they are potty trained and tenant pays an extra $50 dollar fee a month added to the total rent amount. The garage is detached from the home and converted to an additional dwelling unit. This unit has it's own separate entrance from the home and does not have access to the home. This unit is currently occupied. There is a 12ftx10ft shed built in the backyard that is only available to the tenants living in the home as an alternative to not having a garage. The home has a long drive way that fits up to 3 cars parked tandem and is available to the tenants leasing the home the tenants in the studio are to park on the street not on the driveway. All maintenance repairs will be handled by the landlord so please do not try to fix anything yourself. Communicate with the landlord immediately and it will be taken care of as soon as possible. No smoking is allowed in the house what so ever. If landlord inspects home and smells and sees signs of smoking in the home there will be a $350 fine. The home does have a security camera system on the outside of the home and if interested in accessing the footage landlord can provide access if needed. The minimum lease agreement will be 1 year and if tenant decides to break the lease early the tenant will need to pay a $3,500 fine before moving out.
