Has Community pool and work out room, playground right across from our apartment, dog park. Newly renovated when we moved in in November. Willing to negotiate rent have to get someone in here by the end of September. You will have to go to the office and fill out a background check, it's a 250 transfer fee we are willing to pay as appreciation, also our deposit stays which was 700 and we are willing to let you have all of that. Pets are okay it's an additional 30 a month which we also are willing to cover, the lease is through November 30th but I believe you can extend after that with a new lease.
