About the house: The house is a 3-bed, 2-bath in the Redlands. It is fully furnished and stocked aside from the available room, though I could furnish it if needed. The house has central AC and a washer/dryer on site. There is a large fenced yard and a large driveway for off-street parking. There is some storage available in the shed and/or the carport. The house is 12m from Saint Mary's, 5m from the nearest grocery store and ~10m from several trailheads in the area About me: I'm Miles, an ICU nurse at Saint Mary's. I own the house and live in the upstairs rooms. If I'm not at work, I'm usually riding my bike, camping, or out in the garden. I would consider myself a relaxed roommate/landlord.
