This home needs some work, the property is sound but ugly, this is what happens with renters and an out of state owner. I intentionally posted "bad" photos to show the pig without the lipstick. The asking price reflects the condition. There are 2 houses within a block that are currently listed for over $235k, if that tells you anything. If your interested give me a call. I have no issue giving the real story without the sizzle, life is too short and time is worth more, both yours and mine. It's a sound house in a good neighborhood with great neighbors. The bones are good, the price is reasonable and the BS is not a factor. I'm even open to several options like lease to buy, limited owner carry with conditions or other options. I'm not hurting to sell but I want to. I'm willing to work with anybody so everybody comes out happy. I will work with buyers agents provided the terms are agreed to prior, investors worried about carry costs and bridge loan term, or those looking to buy where conventional means have not panned out.
